When will my order ship & how long will it take to arrive? We typically ship your order within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping is handled through trusted carriers like FedEx and UPS, with an average delivery time of 3-10 business days. You can check the estimated delivery date on the product page. In some cases, orders may be shipped via Amazon, and tracking numbers may experience slight delays.

Please note: Due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or high demand), there may be occasional delays in processing shipments.

Shipping Options:

  1. Standard Shipping

    • Domestic Shipping (USA): 3-15 business days (Mon-Fri)
      Cost: $4.99 for the first item, free for additional items shipped within the USA.

    • Worldwide Shipping: 10-20 business days (Mon-Fri)
      Cost: $7.99 for the first item, free for additional products worldwide.

    • We process all orders within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri).

How to place an order:

  1. Visit the product page of your chosen item.

  2. Select the quantity if you want more than one.

  3. Click the "Add to Cart" button to proceed to checkout.

  4. Choose your payment method, enter your shipping details, and provide your email address to receive an order confirmation.

How do I know if my order is confirmed? You’ll receive an email with your order details, including a unique Order ID and the items you’ve ordered.

What if I didn’t receive a confirmation? Please check your email’s spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact our customer support at support@soimic.com, and we’ll resend it promptly.

How do I cancel an order? You can cancel your order by emailing us at support@soimic.com within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible. Please be sure to double-check your order before confirming!

How do I change my order? If you'd like to make changes to your order (such as updating your shipping address), please contact us immediately at support@soimic.com. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we can no longer make changes.
