Returns & Refunds policy
At Soimic, we strive to offer quick, competitively priced products, backed by exceptional customer service. We believe in providing a hassle-free return experience, offering full refunds for returned items that meet the criteria of our return policy. We will automatically generate the right commercial invoice for each shipment based on HS codes, category, and country.
Free Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a full refund to your original payment method.
Return & Refund Exceptions:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must have tags attached and be returned in their original product packaging.
Returned items should show no visible signs of wear or use.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Send an email to support@soimic.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
Print the label and send your items back to us using the provided label.
Additional Information:
When Will I Get My Refund? Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to post to your bank account, as normal processing times by your bank may apply.
What if I Paid with a Gift Card? Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded with a new digital gift card sent to your email address. For orders partially paid with a gift card, the gift card balance will be refunded in full before any refund is issued to your credit card.
Will I Be Refunded for Shipping Fees? We do not refund shipping fees. However, you can sign up for the Creators Club to enjoy free shipping and many other benefits!
How Long Does an Exchange Take? We aim to ship out your exchange as soon as our shipping company confirms that your returned item is in transit. Your exchange will be processed promptly.
How Long Is My Exchange Request Valid? Your new product will be held for up to 10 days after initiating the exchange. If the item is returned after this period, we will process it as a normal return and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Can I Exchange for a Different Product? Currently, we only offer exchanges for the same product in a different size.
How Many Days Do I Have to Return My Order? We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Orders placed during the extended holiday period (11/17 - 1/19) may be returned within 90 days.
How Quickly Will My Return Be Processed? Returns will be processed within 14 business days from the date they are dropped off with the shipping carrier using the provided label. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Can I Use My Own Return Shipping Label? Returns must be processed through Soimic, and items must be mailed back using the trackable FedEx label provided. We do not accept returns sent with personal shipping labels.
